Price in Euro for one week, loads included/understood except telephone.
Hiring minimum : two weeks of continuation in July and August (tourist season)
Reduction of 100 euros for hiring of 3 weeks and more.
The hiring begins Saturdays between 17 and 20 hours.
The hiring finishes Saturdays between 8 and 10 hours.
Household linen provided; must returned be washed & passed by again.
Possibilté to invoice this service.
Possibility of obtaining hours of household.
Payment : 30% of down payment to the reservation, the balance 8 days before the arrival. Deposit: 1000 Euros to be given at the same time as the balance of the rent low season (October at May), Average season (June and September): possibility of hiring for Weekend (Friday midday at Monday midday), special day off, or at personalized dates : consult us.

III - Download the leasing agreement + bank account number

If you wish to rent the Residence La Mer you can:

• To download the leasing agreement and our bank account number
• To publish the contract in 2 specimens
• To supplement the contract by indicating your name, your address, the period of hiring and the amount of the hiring
• To transfer the Down payments by means of the bank account number joint
• Us to address the 2 specimens of the dated & signed contract

IV - Download protected documents

If you decided to rent the Residence La Mer and paid the Down payments:

As of reception of your leasing agreement accompanied by the Down payments, we will address you by E-mail a LOGIN and a PASSWORD which will get you the access and the download of documents

• Plan of access
• Booklet of reception
• Inventory and inventory of fixtures
• Booklet entitled : Where seek where find ? > This document will indicate to you at which exact place to find an object appearing in the inventory of the apartment

Of course, if you prefer, these documents will be able to reach you by mail
